Time for a 0.2 release?

Not really.
What I have is a user contributed patch (against 0.1) which fixes some
mistakes in the french translation. Dunno, if it still applies against
current SVN (btw, where can I find the po files for knm in SVN?)

Second, I needed the linux/types.h patch, to get current svn compiled.
Has anyone talked to Thomas Graf about this?

Third, for Debian/Ubuntu I had to fix the path to awk (its /usr/bin).
We could use @AWK@ as set by autoconf or use a configure flag for that.
I'm not sure if it's worth the effort and I'll just keep the keep for
Debian.
