Request for testing (KNetworkManager 0.2)

Today I talked to one of our KDE guys and he told me not to use "make dist" 
anymore. The right way for making a tarball for distribution is the usage of 
svn2dist.

So I guess we can simply ignore this issue and release 0.2.
