Native VPN PPTP plugin

Hi,

I've attached a script for building KNetworkManager from svn. It is a modified
version of the script found on [1] using the new location in svn. Change the
configure call to suit your needs.

You have to build KNetworkManager and the plugin from svn. Old versions of
KNetworkManager will not be able to use the plugin.
And you have to install the appropriate VPN backend for NetworkManager. What
distro are you using?

Regards
Helmut
