can not compile svn-snapshot

Ok, looks good so far.

Please apply the attached patch to your configure.in.in in the knetworkmanager 
directory. Then rerun make -f Makefile.cvs and ./configure and post the 
output.

Using the patched configure.in.in you will see what the variables 
PACKAGE_CFLAGS and PACKAGE_LIBS contain. The patch does nothing but printing 
out these two values.

I hope we can then track down the problem a bit better then.
