[kde-networkmanager] kde-networkmanager list is up

Hi,

I've asked Dirk to set up this list in order to track all
NetworkManager-specific issues for a flawless KDE integration.  As this
will not only affect KNetworkManager but also Solid and any other KDE
application using Solid to make use of NetworkManager I decided not to
name the list kde-networkmanager rather than knetworkmanager-something.

With this mail I'm cc'ing anyone who was involved with the development
of KNetworkManager until now.  Please subscribe to the list [1] and make
use of it.
