A CD that has more than 32 tracks (e.g., a language lesson CD) can only have
the first 32 tracks copied via KIO.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert CD with >32 tracks
2. Open Dolphin. Split window and attempt to copy all files to hard drive (/tmp
or anywhere)
3. Note that only the first 32 tracks will copy and then the copy process hangs

Actual Results:  
Doesn't matter if you copy them all or copy just track 33 (or higher) the
process hangs (at least over night). Tracks 1-32 are fine and finish in a
reasonable time. 

Expected Results:  
All tracks should copy regardless of their number. 

cdparanoia can copy tracks above 32 so things like abcde work.
