Kde 4.13 dolphin: video preview issue

Hello,
i Use last kubuntu 14.04 and i have a problem with file preview:on sidebar
i can hear audio but the thumbnail remane same and movie cant start. i
tried xine,gstreamer and vlc backend.what can i do to solve this
problem?thanks in advance
