RELEASE: GStreamer Core and Plugins 1.0.7

The GStreamer project announces another bug-fix release for the new
API and ABI-stable 1.x series of the GStreamer multimedia framework.

The 1.x series is a stable series targeted at end users. It is not API
or ABI compatible with the 0.10.x series. It can, however, be installed
in parallel with the 0.10.x series and will not affect an existing
0.10.x installation.


Changes in gstreamer core since 1.0.6:

      * Add better support for static plugins

Bugs fixed in gstreamer core since 1.0.6:

      * 667305 : build: Add --enable-static-plugins configure argument
      * 696357 : Basesrc may send not-neg error when flushed
      * 696435 : gst_static_caps_get(GST_STATIC_CAPS_NONE) doesn't work properly
      * 697791 : gst-inspect: shows action signal return pointers as pointers

Changes in gst-plugins-base since 1.0.6:

      * streamsynchronizer is now a public element, useful in HLS pipelines for example

      * 682171 : videoscale: assertion failed: (envelope ((x - (xi - 1)) * ex) == 0)
      * 688240 : streamsynchronizer: make element public

      * 697092 : rtspconnection: The " x-server-ip-address " header with wrong IP address is added to the GET response
      * 697162 : SDP library is not parsing correctly
      * 697277 : SDP library does not include timing line if there is not timing information
      * 697820 : playbin: Enabling visualizations during playback stops the pipeline
      * 697824 : videometa: gst_buffer_add_meta() can return NULL

Changes in gst-plugins-bad since 1.0.6:

      * androidmedia plugin is ported to 1.0

Bugs fixed in gst-plugins-bad since 1.0.6:

      * 690949 : DVB playback is at 1 fps after update from 1.0.2 to 1.0.3
      * 696361 : rawparse: tcpserversrc ! videoparse ! videoflip causes criticals
      * 696681 : shm: clients array must be last in ShmBuffer struct
      * 696785 : mpeg file missing a streamid
      * 697884 : multipartdemux and jpegparse do not link

Bugs fixed in gst-plugins-ugly since 1.0.6:

      * 695728 : x264enc plugin has a divide by zero error when framerate is " 0/1 " 

Changes in gst-libav since 1.0.6:

      * Update to libav 0.8.6
      * Now uses frame based threading if possible and disables slice
        based threading until libav 9 is used. This provides potentially better
        performance and fixes some display corruptions caused by bugs in the
        slice based threading

Bugs fixed in gst-libav since 1.0.6:

      * 697548 : avviddec: Setting same caps resets decoder
      * 697617 : gst-libav renders incorrectly in multithread mode
