Description

Davros it's a Qt debugging system based on kdebug but entirely written in Qt. It's based on the amarok's debugging system.
The goal of this commit is to import libdavros into phonon
It's just until the library works fine, then I will push it into another repository (probably on git at kde)

Every DEBUG_BLOCK or debug() stuffs must be removed and switched to Davros.
