phonon vlc pulse testing

ahoy

does anyone not use pulseaudio (and has libphonon built without PA)?
if so, please test phonon vlc's 'pulse-enabled' branch it forces
phonon vlc to always try using the libphonon pulse features (i.e.
making pulse support fully runtime dependent).

if there are no problem reports a week from now this will go into
master for release with 0.7

PS: pgst already uses pulseaudio this way (I have no clue why it was
build time dependent in pvlc)
