Can you attach screen shots of the Audio Hardware Setup page? Please note that
when you select the "Sound Card" there it's just so that you can configure the
other parts of it. It's has absolutely zero bearing on your your system as to
which device is used for audio output (only the category priority lists affect
this).

Please also attach the output of "pacmd ls"
