            Bug ID: 304585
          Severity: normal
           Version: unspecified
          Priority: NOR
          Assignee: kde-multimedia at kde.org
Summary: kfilemetadatareader crashes when hovering over a zip
file containing an ogg Theora in Dolphin when I had,
within a single Dolphin session, checked and applied
and then later unchecked and applied "open archives as
                    folder"
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Linux
          Reporter: edwardb_kde at shaw.ca
          Hardware: openSUSE RPMs
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
         Component: ogg
           Product: kfile-plugins

Application: kfilemetadatareader ()
KDE Platform Version: 4.7.2 (4.7.2) "release 5"
Qt Version: 4.7.4
Operating System: Linux 3.1.10-1.16-desktop x86_64
Distribution: "openSUSE 12.1 (x86_64)"

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Browsing a directory in Dolphin.
Earlier in this session, I changed Dolphin settings to open archives files as
folders, and then changed my mind and reversed that.
Now whenever I hover over a zip file (in this case, containing an ogg Theora),
the Crash Handler comes up.
It doesn't say what application actually crashed, though, and nothing happens
if I just dismiss it (ie. neither Dolphin nor Plasma Desktop exits and
restarts.

Report to https://bugs.kde.org

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Dolphin with Preview pane enabled
2. Browser to a folder containing a .zip file (possibly: containing a single
ogg Theora file)
3. Under Settings, check "View archives as folders" and apply.
4. Hover over zipped ogg. Does kfilemetadatareader crash?
5. Under Settings, uncheck "View archives as folders" and apply.
6. Hover over zipped ogg. Does kfilemetadatareader crash?
Actual Results:
KDE Crash Handler comes up, saying that '<empty_string>' has crashed.

Expected Results:
Displayed metadata about the file in the preview pane
