Phonon GStreamer 4.5.1 Released

Howdy, all! On behalf of the Phonominals, I'm here to announce the 
[1]immediate release of version 4.5.1 of the GStreamer backend for Phonon.

This release is a bug fix release to address broken plugin installation for 
certain cases. In addition, a quick fix for corrupted GStreamer registries that 
somehow managed to blacklist certain core elements.
