Phonon 4.5 branched

Phonon 4.5 is now branched to '4.5' [1]. If you apply bug fixes please
also remember to backport for 4.5. 4.5 is interface frozen, i.e. don't
add new API unless absolutely necessary (I check these things, so
don't think you can sneak anything in without me noticing :P)

Next target of master is 4.6, development name 'hyperspeed' [2]
