Phonon 4.6.0 released!

The time of christmahanakwanzika is upon us, and what better way to
celebrate than with a new release of libphonon, yes?

As usual, you may download the release via the KDE Infrastructure:

This release contains numerous improvements across the board since 4.5.1:

* QZeitgeist 0.8 is supported
* Various buildsystem fixes, allowing other packages to find phonon easier
* Fewer KDE dependencies
* Many improvements to PulseAudio integration
* Remove runtime backend switching
* Copious quantities of vanilla frosting
* Stability improvements
* LGPL relicensing
* Misc fixes to Zeitgeist integration
* Extra cinamon spice
