Patch ffmpegthumbs

Hello,
i have a patch for the ffmpegthumbnailer.
I added all changes from 
http://code.google.com/p/ffmpegthumbnailer/
Can i commit it or should i wait until 4.5 is out?

I tested the cahnges and it works.
