Plasma OSD for KMix

Hi,

Here is a quick patch which replaces the border-less progress bar with a
(IMO) nicer Plasma meter. Mandatory screenshot:

I know it's a bit late given incoming feature freeze, but I would like
to see this go in, if possible.
