JuK - no crossfade patch

Hello,

Patch for JuK:
- Add a new menu entry (Player / Crossfade Files)
- Handles the menu entry in the playermanager

Works for me, please review the code and/or functionality (crossfade
usually does not work for me, I'm using Xine as backend, therefore I'm
not annoyed by it :D).
