Request for code review of my GSoC (AudioDataOutput in Phonon)

Hi!

My GSoC is nearing completion, and I have some working code I would
like to get reviewed. Please note that it's not completely finished
yet, as there is no effort to keep the audio data in sync with what's
currently playing. I have a fairly good idea about how to do that,
though, and I'll try to fix it the next couple of days.

I've created a patch with my work this summer, and put it on the KDE
review board: http://reviewboard.kde.org/r/1129/

What the patch does, is move the AudioDataOutput classes out of
Experimental, and into the normal Phonon namespace. It also includes
an implementation for both Xine and GStreamer.

Any comments or suggestions for either the API or the implementations
are very welcome.
