KMix OSS4 support in KDE4.4

Currently a left click with the mouse on the KMIX icon in the taskbar
produces a little popup with a non functional slider and an button
'mixer'.

The main mixer window is in the attached screenshot. I fail to see the
slider for the main volume control. I put every single slider to the
maximum level and still had no sound. It appears to me that the main
volume control is not recognized from the oss driver and not presented
at all.

I will review the patch and also check with the OSSv4 API guide. This
will probably take me till the end of the week.
