How to enable the Help button in systemsettings CDDB?

Hi,

in the cddb systemsettings module (kcmshell4 libkcddb) the Help button is 
disabled.

How to enable it?

The documentation is in kscd -> configuration, I just need to add the DocPath 
entry to the desktop file, but that is useless, as log as the Help button is 
disabled.
