GSoc project idea.

Hi guys

I am Abhishek, a c++ and python programmer. I have been working
on a sound processor, which is useful for people who want to edit / mix
sounds. I already have developed, tested and demonstrated a win32
version. I have been working on developing it for linux recently ( and
hopefully will do it for mac as well )

The chief features of the package are: Distortion, feedback effects, echo,
 reverb and equalization. The standout feature of course is that everything
can be done on the fly, which can be really helpful for music composers
and music enthusiasts in general.
