Amarok 2.0 released

I wanted to build release 2.0, and so I needed to get latest kde 4 
dependencies.
2 of the tarballs failed to download; namely:
kdevelop-3.9.83.tar.bz2
kdevplatform-0.9.83.tar.bz2
I tried all the download links. I either got a 550 error or a 404 error.
Do any 4.x tarball builds depend on these?
