[PATCH] maintain volume when switching outputs

So I took phonon for a spin today and found that when it switches
output devices, the volume gets reset back to max (ouch!). Attached
is a patch which fixes this for me. However, I know nothing about the
internals of phonon, so I don't know how good/bad this fix (hack?) is.
Perhaps rewire should trigger a graphChanged on its own?

Anyhow, if there's a better fix, perhaps someone could point me in the
right direction. Otherwise could someone commit this?

Thanks,
-Andrew
