noatun normalize for 3.5?

Hi,

remember the patch I proposed a while ago?

Since, if I understood correctly, the make_it_snow branch won't be the basis 
for notaun in kDE 3.5, I'd like to know what the chances are of getting this 
rather small patch into the current HEAD, thus allowing me to distribute the 
normalization plugin for 3.5.

My plans would also include removing the external dependencies on vorbisgain 
etc. and integrate that functionality into the plugin directly.
