Yes, its all checked in just before my original mail went out (in time for the 
3.4 beta label). Its even fully functional as far as *showing* what the CDDB 
info is. The bit that is to be tested/debugged is the submission of updates.

All fixes and feedback on the tooltips, UI, etc. appreciated!
