artsdsp and open office 2.0

If you want to fix the problem yourself (or somebody else wants to do
it), what I would recommend for debugging is using artsdsp -v. This will
output additional debugging information. At least it does so if the
preloading works properly (try it with a program that works with artsdsp
to see what debugging output to expect).

However, using artsdsp is more or less a hack, and if you want to have
something that works out of the box, aRts support should be added to
JMF/Java (or, another way of mixing sound other than aRts should be used
and supported by JMF/Java).
