KMix and emu10k1 / Audigy : Patch-Testers needed

Hi there,

I'd like to fix one of KMix's biggest shortcomings, and that is the suboptimal 
handling of "emu10k1" chipset based soundcards. Most notably, Audigy/Audigy2 
cards seem to be affected.

On https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=13668&action=view , I have received 
a patch. It looks OK to me, but I have no idea whether it works out OK for 
all those emu10k1 cards. Things might actually get worse (I don't believe 
that, but you can never know).

As I don't own any emu10k1 soundcards, I am in need for daring testers who 
have such a card. The patch is against 3.5RC2, but it patches/compiles/links 
cleanly against 3.5 branch.
