Currently it is about a bunch of pretty unrelated applications. Oh, this
is NOT KDE specific. This is the whole problem with MM on Linux.
Most KDE MM apps work pretty well - but they are nearly completely standalone apps.

How should I, if I already did?
I am doing KMix, did the KMedia media player and libmediatool for KDE1.x
and added some small stuff (e.g. the "Kaiman skin loader" in noatun for GQmpeg skins).
