how to remove MIDI outputs

Hello,

I can add instruments as MIDI outputs via the MIDI manager of artscontrol.  
But how do I remove them?  If I want to modify an instrument registered as a 
MIDI output, how can I tell the MIDI manager that I want my modifications to 
take effect?
