[Bug 82204] When I go to the web (http://www.canalplus.fr) to see the "Guignol de l'info", Kafeine/xine always crashed because "no plugins found"

This has nothing to do with artsd or xine-artsplugin. Kaffeine uses xine directly. Look at the kaffeine website and docs to find out where to report bugs to, unfortunately kaffeine is not listed on bugs.kde.org.
