To be clear kfile-mp3 never used id3lib -- there's some custom code in there.  
However I'd say that it's pretty safe to switch to TagLib completely at this 
point since it's pretty widely distributed since JuK and amaroK depend on it.

Any objections to me removing the old code?  (And making TagLib a hard 
dependendancy for kfile-mp3...)
