Hi folks,

I'd like to ask Benjamin to take over the maintainership of the audiocd IO 
slave.  Honestly I'm not really interested in working with the code base in 
its current state (I'm a style pedant which was a lot of why I started on a 
rewrite -- and well, let's just say that there are notable stylistic 
differences between the way I write code and the way Ben writes code.  :-) ) 
and he seems to have more time for it at the moment anyway having recently 
done a separate rewrite that's now in HEAD.

Ben, are you ok with this?
