NoteEdit 2.5.0: Octaviation

Version 2.5.0 of the musical score editor NoteEdit is available:

New features:

	- Octaviation (va - lines)

	- better mouse positioning support: A gray note near
	  the cursor snaps to the line where the next note
	  will appear

	- (limited) drum export to ABC music
