[PATCH] Use system icons for Noatun KActions

Finally got around to get a aptch ready for this.

- Changes all KActions from noatunstdaction.cpp to use systemwide player_*
  icons
- Adds Playlist menuitem to default noatun context-menu
- removes unneded cruft from excellentui.rc so excellent shows system icons as
  well
- removed the loop-type change when excellent gets loaded, that'd conflict
  with noatun loading the saved loop state

I also got icons used for playlist and equalizer KActions, they were done by 
Hans Karlsson <karlsson.h AT home.se>, please download them from
http://metz.gehn.net/noatun-pics.tar.bz2
and throw them into kdemultimedia/noatun/pics/

I hope somebody reviews this one, unlike all the patches before :/
