Ok, since there at least three persons with different codebase, let's time put 
configs on court.
Noe we are using:
gcc-3.4.1 ( final )
libogg 1.1.0
libvorbis 1.0.1
libflac 1.1.0

I can reproduce in more than one defferent machine with same libraries, and 
reverting to 2004-08-02 works well.

What's your config ?
