looking at the Makefile.am's in kdeaddons/noatun-plugins/*, the plugins all 
link against -lnoatun with some of the effects plugins also linking against 
- -lartsmodules ... $(LIB_KFILE) is another common one. really depends on what 
your plugin does, but libnoatun will be a requirement in any case.. hth...
