Patch for KsCD dcop playing() method - again

Hi all 

I've enclosed a patch which adds a dcop method bool KSCD::playing(). I 
originally applied it to the 3.1 branch and not to head (I wasn't too clued 
up back then), and never forward ported it.

It's so Kopete's Now Listening plugin can tell what KsCD is doing.

Is it ok to commit this slightly updated version to HEAD now?
