audiocd & vorbis quality

Hi,

I've just been checking out the audiocd:/ thing.

>From looking at the sources I can see there is some kind of support for
vorbis' quality setting but I can't see it in the relevant kcontrol
section.

My question is: how do I get the ogg vorbis part to use the quality setting
and how do I change the quality variable.
It looks like 3.0 is some kind of default written into the source.
