audiocd ioslave creating truncated vorbis files

The audiocd ioslave does not correctly end an Ogg Vorbis stream. Sometimes 
this results in the last couple of seconds missing from the output file. To 
confirm, run ogginfo on a file created by audiocd. Most likely it will tell 
you "Warning: EOS not set on stream 1".
