[PATCH] aRts with alsa-lib cvs

Hi everyone,

aRts doesn't compile with alsa-lib cvs. Seems like the API has changed for PCM 
params. This patch just enables alsa-lib 1.x detection on configure and sets 
a define to use the old API in this case. Just a quick fix until someone 
changes the code to use the new API.
