To reproduce:

Load the Simple plugin.  Move noatun to the upper right corner of the
screen.  Click the button for the volume control.  Actual behavior:
slider is only partially visible, as the top is off-screen.  Expected
behavior: volume control is displayed downward if it won't fit
upward on the screen.
