kdemultimedia/noatun/library/Makefile.am patch

Hi all,

while doing a full clean compile I did have a little problem with 
noatun/library where the subdir noatun (which holds the headers and then the 
mocs) should be compiled before the rest of the lib...

I am using gcc3.2, unsermake and --enable-final.

If no one objects I will commit this in a few days.
