Keeping mpeglib

unfortuantely while the quaility of mpeglib is probably
better for 80% of encoded files out there, for the remaining
badly encoded 20% is is quite terrible, i'm constantly 
hearing "skips" and "squeaks" from mp3's that work perfectly 
through winamp. the mpg123 based decoder suffers just as much 
from this, and i've not had time yet to find anything that 
works well on linux platform.
