These reports shoudln't be sent to these mailing lists first.  You should 
try the app maintainer first, in this case Aaron J. Seigo, either directly 
or through bugs.kde.org.  Not all app maintainers subscribe to all lists, 
and I don't think he's on kde-multimedia.
