Hi everybody,

I am planning to add a new GUI to kdemm/arts/modules. By looking at the 
amazing speed this dir (especialy artsmodules.cc) compiles and due to the 
fact, that every change in artsmodules.idl triggers a rebuild of the whole 
dir and had the idea to add some sub-dirs to this. One could be guis, where 
only guis/guifactories go in, one could be effects, one mixer, etc... every 
dir has it own idl-file and builds his own little lib. All idl-files are 
installed and included in artsmodules.idl and all subdir-libs are linked into 
libartsmodules.la and not installed. I think this should establish BC.
If it works the current things in modules could be moved to such logic subdirs 
too...

What do you think about it?

Please not: If no one answers (see the responses to my last mail) I will try 
it in a week. (Locally earlier but commit it then.) Perhaps I reopen 
make_it_cool_branch...
