artsshell tradercheck

   Hi!

I moved the tradercheck functionality to artsshell now. So if you're developing
aRts modules, you should occasionally do an

$ artsshell tradercheck

to see if the trader data you install is consistent. This made the issue
visible that a lot of trader data is incomplete in the current KDE CVS. If
somebody could take the time to fix this, this would be nice. Let me know
if you're unsure on how to fix something ; but basically, I have designed
all checks made by "artsshell tradercheck" in a way that they really should
succeed, and if not, it should be fixed.
