aRts already has CSL support (see CVS). Its just that very few people
currently use that (/me does). There is no need to replace aRts to add CSL
support to KDE. Its a very non-invasive change from the application developer
point of view. I.e. noatun and kaboodle as of today support CSL, since artsd
can output via CSL.
