Support for "multiple artists" in KAudioCreator

Hi!

I've been using KAudioCreator for a while, and it is a really nice tool, but 
it doesn't allow to rip cd's with "multiple artists" (don't know the proper 
word in English). So I decided to have a got at it.

The patch adds an edit field in the ripper-config and one in the encoding 
config, where you can have a different file location. There you can use the 
"%artist" field as the real artist. It also adds a checkbox to the edit 
dialog where you can mark that it contains "multiple artists".
