yes, you can do this...

as for kscd, i have two big things to do for kscd for 3.2: integrate libkcddb 
as a replacement for its current cddb support and utilize audiocd: for 
digital playback (bypassing libwm for those cases)... this will close out the 
vast majority of remaining bugs in kscd... i'm also hoping to integrate an 
lirc patch i received just after 3.1 ...
